How do I book an appointment?

Booking an appointment is quick and easy, we have created a system where you can request an appointment via our website. Alternatively you can give us a call.

What is your cancellation policy?

Unlike many salons we don’t take deposits, this is mostly due to the fact that we believe in allowing our customers to be flexible. We understand that last minute situations can arise. That’s why we ask if you can kindly let us know in advance preferably at least 12 hours to appointment time. This allows us to fill our slot and in turn be able to still provide our services. We ask to please be considerate as we are a small business thank you! 

What products does the salon use?

At Bella’s Salon we use a variety of products, they all have a different purpose which is why we are not fixed on just one brand. If you have any allergies please disclose this with us prior to booking, thank you.

How do I know what package to choose?
